"Eat the rainbow: Choose colourful fruits and vegetables and try to eat 30
different plants, nuts and seeds every week."  There aren't even 30
different vegetables pictured with Tim Spector in the article.  Even with
the eggplant and broccoli in our fridge, I don't think we even have 30
different vegetables, nuts and seeds in our house.  The number "30" is
used way too often in this article.
