In some ways, it's ironic that it is our health care system that is
causing all the troubles. In 1918, access to a hospital was a luxury and
there weren't people flocking to emergency rooms. If we just denied its
existence (like in 1918), we'd see people dying and wouldn't know why or
wouldn't care.
Maybe this is what is meant by "Make America Great Again"?
Anyway, I'm glad that our values have evolved over time.
