Google says that you'd need to leave where-I-live at 2:20pm to reach Santa
Rosa in time.

And, you'd need to leave King City by 11:10am to reach where-I-live by 1:20pm.
So, I'm guessing that that means you'd need to leave Santa Barbara
some time before 8am assuming you want to stop in King City.
