The roof guy put more sealant in the cracks in the mortar.  He thinks that
the roof wasn't done correctly or consistently because the roof closer to
the chimney is chipped, falling apart, and has gaps, whereas the roof
further away is more smooth and doesn't have that problem.  If we still
have problems, he suggested rebuilding just part of the roof and then
using paint to make sure the color matches the existing ceramic tiles.
Anyway, he says that I should text him back after the rain comes on Sunday
night with a 👍 or a 👎 about the leak.
