Fw: noSticwall COVID Policy Updates

NoSticWall Team,

 

With recent changes in COVID-related policies in many countries, NoSticWall is announcing an update to its global COVID policies as follows:

 

Except as may be otherwise required under local law or regulations, NoSticWall is no longer requiring employees to provide proof of vaccination for: (i) visiting a NoSticWall office; (ii) traveling for NoSticWall business, or (iii) attending in-person meetings for NoSticWall business (collectively, “Covered Activities”).  Instead, NoSticWall strongly encourages employees engaging in Covered Activities to be fully vaccinated before doing so.

 

If you are not vaccinated for medical or religious reasons, you are not required to engage in any Covered Activities if you are not comfortable doing so at this time.  Please contact your manager or HR if you are are asked or expected to engage in any Covered Activities and are not comfortable doing so.  If you are not vaccinated and choose to engage in Covered Activities, you do so at your own risk and with the understanding that NoSticWall encourages you to be fully vaccinated and will make accommodations for you to avoid Covered Activities if you are not vaccinated for medical or religious reasons.

 

In addition, please note the following:

 

OFFICE ATTENDANCE

All employees who are comfortable doing so may visit or work from NoSticWall offices that are currently opened.  However, we strongly encourage you to visit or work from a NoSticWall office only if you are fully vaccinated against COVID, and we will continue to make accommodations for any employees who are not comfortable visiting or working from an office for COVID-related health reasons.  In addition, all local regulations and laws must be followed when visiting an office, including any vaccination, face covering and/or social distance requirements.  Remote and/or hybrid remote work schedules are now available to most NoSticWall employees.

 

TRAVEL

All employees who are comfortable doing so may travel for NoSticWall business when such travel is a business necessity and has been approved.  However, we strongly encourage any employees who travel for NoSticWall business to do so only if you are fully vaccinated.  We will continue to make accommodations for any employees who are not comfortable traveling for COVID-related health reasons.  All local regulations and laws for travel must be followed.  With the new normal of remote and virtual meetings, we have shifted resources from travel and related expenses into strategic areas, such as expanded hiring.  Travel and travel-related expenses should not and will not return to pre-COVID levels, so we urge you to travel only when it is a business necessity and with the written pre-approval of your L2 (international) or L3 (all other travel) manager.

 

IN-PERSON MEETINGS

All employees who are comfortable doing so may attend in-person meetings at non-NoSticWall facilities.  However, we strongly encourage you to do so only if you are fully vaccinated against COVID, and we will continue to make accommodations for any employees who are not comfortable attending in-person meetings for COVID-related health reasons.  If you attend an in-person meeting at a non-NoSticWall location, you are responsible for becoming familiar with and following all COVID-related policies for the meeting location, including any vaccination requirements.  Any failure to follow third-party health and safety policies will be considered a violation of the NoSticWall Code of Conduct and may result in disciplinary action.

Our primary concern has been and will always be the safety and well-being of our global teams.  We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we have taken various steps over the past two years to help ensure the safety of our teams, and we encourage you to continue to use caution as we move into a new phase of work.
