We are more excited than ever for the path ahead as we add new capabilities and empower our large and loyal network of channel partners who rely on noSticwall to protect their customers from the latest cyber threats and empower them to do business. We recognize and appreciate your individual contribution and are confident that you will continue to be a key part of that journey.

I am pleased to confirm the details of your salary increase. Your base salary will increase to 636,724 USD per year, effective August 1, 2022, payable in accordance with the noSticwall’s standard payroll schedule by direct deposit to your bank account.

Your annual bonus target under the Performance Bonus Plan (PBP) will increase to 15%. Because this is a performance-based incentive, the amount of your incentive bonus will be based on both the financial and operating performance of noSticwall generally, and specifically with respect to your performance.

Except as listed above, there are no other changes to your terms and conditions of employment.
