I guess this is the advantage of having such a weakened FDA -- no chance
of enforcement.
It does make one wonder if the Supreme Court got involved, what argument
could they use? Certainly, people can sell bullets for guns across state
lines; why not pills?

It's pretty unbelievable that the "Capitalist Systems" (as it's named in
the article) haven't figured out ways to adapt to a shrinking population.
Perhaps Jenny is giving too little credit to these "Capitalist Systems"?
Why isn't there a utopian novel, equivalent to "The Ministry of the
Future" where a shrinking population is welcomed and embraced?
I agree with Jenny that having a more equitable income system is the way
to go, but not to increase birth rates. I don't think anything can be
done to stop that train. Rather, socialist policies could be the road to
a more humane "exit" of humanity from this planet.
