Yes. I think this will need to be something that everybody will have to
accept, unless Peter Thiel and Elon Musk build factories to birth babies.

It'd probably be better to have women do their own abortions, anyway, and
leave the doctor out of the equation. It was probably going to go that
way anyway, even without the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
