"More People, More Inequality".  Oh!  That's true and something I hadn't
thought about.  But, really, then, this makes it less a "population" thing
than just simply an "inequality" thing.

This problem gets so complicated, especially with abortion being banned in
so many states.  For example, you could imagine more people adopting
kids from other countries rather than "rolling their own".  But, now that
women are forced to give birth, this sorta screws up this model.
