I just looked on your computer, Noelle, and did not see the amended copy of the 2018 document that Gail mentions here. (Coincidentally, that was the same year that Noelle and I created our revocable trust.) I would like a copy of the updated trust as well as any other related documents, preferably in its original pdf form rather than the scanned version. > From: "Gail" <http://www.cox.net/~g3> > Date: Sat, 3 Sep 2022 17:28:02 -0700 > > Hi Noelle, > > Today I just took the time to read all of Don's legal documents in one file > he has and noticed that earlier I missed the existence of a document > entitled "First Amendment to the 2001 Amendment and Restatement of the > Family Trust" dated August 2, 2018.
