I told Robert we need to have a meeting about the election before 
we decide what to do.
I'm looking at the by-laws and there is not much guidance to be 
found.
"There shall be available to the members reasonable nomination and 
election procedures for directors given the nature, size, and 
operations of the corporation."

I want the elections process to be fair. I have some ideas but would 
rather discuss in a meeting.
