 >     Harbin Hot Springs follows a firm, 48-hour cancellation policy. If you
 > must cancel or change your reservation for any reason, you must do so at
 > least two full days before your scheduled arrival, prior to 1:00pm. If you
 > cancel or change within such time, you will receive a
 > cancellation/modification number and will not incur any charges.
 > Cancellation or change with fewer than 24 hours' notice will result in a
 > charge to your credit card of 50% of your total reservation.
