Thank you for your Clipper order. Here is when you can expect your value to be 
available:

- 	If you place your order by 6 p.m., you can usually pick up your value in the 
next 1 to 2 days. 
- 	If you are picking up your value on a bus or a Muni light-rail vehicle, 
please allow up to 5 days.
- 	If you set up Autoload using a bank account as your payment method, please 
allow an additional 10 days for value to first be available. 

If you set up Autoload, please be sure to keep your payment method up to date 
with a valid credit/debit card or bank account. If you haven't already done so, 
we encourage you to set up a backup payment method in case we can't charge your 
primary method. From your Clipper account page, simply click "Add My Backup 
Funding" in the My Payment Information box.
