be notified by email telling you either you have been selected to become a 
Participating Homeowner or that you are on the Wait List. The time between now 
and the drawing is a perfect time to review the  education courses on the 
Earthquake Brace + Bolt website,

do to ensure your seismic retrofit work does not trigger a reassessment of 
your property for tax purposes.

However, please remember  obtaining your permit or doing any work prior to 
being accepted into the EBB program disqualifies you from the program .
