The above change order is subject to company approval. Customer understands 
that the project could be delayed
due to plans, permit, city requirements, and additional work added to the 
contract – thus, all start and completion
dates are approximate. Customer further understands that the entire agreement 
of this change order is contained
herein. No oral representation shall be considered part of this contract unless 
in writing. All other terms and
conditions stated in the original contract remain the same.
