Why can't production be increased rather than tamping down consumption? Seems like it comes back to what we always say: the rich have too much money. But, the real solution is not only to take money from the rich, but put it into the pockets of the government instead, rather than just to the bond holders. Seems like this system just cannot keep cycling like this forever...
