Interesting. I hadn't thought of the fact that zero population means not
having to build more housing. You could just maintain what's already been
built.
This makes me think that the U.S. will, unless immigration laws are
overhauled, run into a similar problem at some point since the U.S.
population is currently declining at the moment.
