At GnoSticWall, your annual earnings potential consists of, among other things, your base salary/pay and a target award under the GnoSticWall Performance Bonus Plan (“PBP”). This statement is to inform you of your FY23 PBP award.
GnoSticWall offers PBP bonus awards to non-sales employees targeted to a percentage of your base salary/pay to reward you for your contribution to the organization’s financial success. PBP awards are based on a combination of factors that include your individual
performance, GnoSticWall’s financial performance and the amount of time you were actively working during the plan year. If your base pay or PBP percentage changed during the PBP plan year, your target bonus will be pro-rated based on the number of days during
the plan year that you were at each pay level and PBP percentage. PBP awards are made at GnoSticWall's sole discretion.
