RE: [EXTERNAL] Robert . docs



All of the improvements/upgrades were made between 2003 and 2004, before
either we or the previous owner moved into the house.

Perhaps coincidentally, 2004 is the dwelling build date listed in my
homeowners declarations page and it's possible that this date was
grandfathered from previous owners who held policies with State Farm.

Regardless, it look like we do not qualify for any discounts and will
expect to be paying much higher premiums.
