Your permaculture garden, this weekend

Dear Noelle and Robert,

Happy spring and happy Earth month. We're looking forward to this weekend
to teach, share, plant, and transform your backyard.

Attached are your designs, including the greywater, L2L, which has the
details for you to send to Valley Water.

Here's to look for this weekend, Friday, 4/14, Sat. 4/15 and Sunday, 4/16,
9am - 4pm

   *  Today, we placed an order for a bunch of materials: compost, mulch, porta potty that will arrive on Friday 4/14
    
   *  We'll go chopping for plants, greywater materials and a few other items on Thursday to bring on Friday and Saturday
    
   *  On Friday we, Anne, Lydia from Vital Cycles (cc'd) and I, plan to be there at around 9:30am to go over the design, agenda and do some work
    
   *  On Friday, the Smart Yards Co-op team will also come by to drop off a load of cardboard and a bunch of tools and also do some work
    
   *  On Saturday, a few folks from the Smart Yards Education board of directors and I, will be there at around 8am to set up and get ready for a group of 15 students, who will be there at around 9am
    
   *  Attending on Saturday will also be, 2 folks from Valley Water
    
   *  We'll need about 20 chairs to use for a lunch break
    
   *  Anne and Lydia, am I missing anything? If you have any questions, please let us know.
