Re: Rebate # 1062

Hello Robert,
Thank you for sending this over to me, it has been uploaded into your rebate application.

Your application materials are complete, and this is your Notice to
Proceed for the $200 rebate. Please see below for important information
and resources.

In your final project, mulch basins must be located within at least 56
square feet of landscaped area irrigated with graywater. You can install
mulch basins in a larger area as mulch basins help graywater spread
through the landscape and minimizes run-off issues. Mulch basins can be
any shape you want, but should begin at the drip line of the plant (no
closer than the outer perimeter of their leaves). The graywater
distribution points need be at least 1.5-feet from your foundation and
property line.

Resources and Next Steps Ive uploaded essential resources here. Let me
know if you have trouble accessing them. I identified the most important
files plus follow up information below:

   * Getting Started with Graywater.pdf gives an effective overview of the steps youll need to take to complete your project.
   * The Graywater illustration and Example Parts List.pdf can also be found here . It shows a top and side view of mulch basins and the type of system Ill be expecting. You can choose to use any combination of PVC, locking/clamped PVC, or HDPE (flex tubing) that works best for your property.
   * My Post-inspection checklist : Graywater Post Inspection Checklist.pdf . If youre not sure what something means or how its relevant to your property, please follow up with me to make sure the project passes.
   * The 3-way diverter valve has to be labeled, like in this example: Labeling Three Way Diverter Photos_Sample.jpg
   * Youll need an owners manual , this sample should be edited to be specific to your property. To help future maintenance, please include a final map of your project with it: Laundry to Landscape Sample Owners Manual.docx
   * Youll also find a couple comprehensive guides and example photos.

Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns!

I will be at the Saturday training, looking forward to meeting you then!

Best,
