     Your installation is scheduled! You should receive a separate email with your installation appointment details.

     Equipment: IF you are receiving Sonic Internet, a Sonic technician will bring and install your residential gateway (router) during your installation appointment. If you are using your own personal equipment, please have readily available for your installer.
   3 
     Phone Number Port: If you have a telephone number that you want to transfer to Sonic, please reach out to 1-707-757-7100 so we can start the number porting process. You will need to start this process with us prior to cancelling your old account as we need to keep the number active to transfer it. On average, the number port takes around 7-10 business days to complete.

Please DO NOT cancel service with your existing provider until your Sonic service is installed and active.
