Yeah, I agree with this article.  I think the elimination of affirmative
action in Ca alone probably had the biggest impact on the economic
prospects of people of color.  Recent stories have said that it's better
now, but I think the University of Ca system and Ca State
Universities could still do better.

Our fiscally conservative governor is definitely not helping matters.
