Hello, As far as I can tell your network seems to be operating normally. I was able to ping your eero router from Sonic's network just fine. I am not aware if being unable to ping the eero from your LAN is by design, it may be worth contacting eero support directly for this sort of question. They should have more detailed knowledge about whether this is by design for their product.
