Gilles Dufrasne is right.  I would go further and say that all markets,
simply because of their secretive nature, are failures.  Only community,
including government, projects, where all the info about those projects is
open to scrutiny, can succeed.  This is precisely why capitalism and
dominance-based systems are inherently failures, and could possibly lead
to the demise of the human species.
