Looked at the email logs for Oct 2, 2023, and do not see Ada's email at
all.  I suspect what happened is that the email was rejected at a higher
level (either Sonic.NET or Google) even before it could have landed in
either the greymail or into your Inbox.  In other words, the problem may
be on her side:  Ada should check her email for bounces and rejected
deliveries.
