Yes.  But, it's possible that you could have a board meeting then.  Or
any last-weekend-of-the-month, for that matter.  (Things would be a lot
easier if the Unumhum board meeting always happened consistently on the
same day of each month rather than moving it around at the last minute.
Sorta like Allen Asch starting his Youtube at random times...)
