FWIW, both of my sisters have the Google Pixel. One of them loves it, the other doesn't. Coin toss there. Noelle has Samsung, and SmartSwitch is really great when moving to another phone. With Google, you get Google back-up, but I don't think it keeps all of your Settings when going to a new phone. Originally, when Noelle had to get another phone, we chose Samsung over Google because it has a better battery life and, as you mention, a better camera, both of which Noelle considered important. I don't know if this is still true. And, yeah, the phone was frigging expensive: $600. More than I paid for her computer. > From: Brian <http://www.cs..edu/~b> > Date: Mon, 27 Nov 2023 14:04:47 -0800 > > So basically it's still down to Samsung, which is way expensive but > I get to keep my Samsung watch, or Google, which is $100 cheaper > but I should get their watch too.
