I have repeatedly tried to enter my credit card information onto
https://ieee.org/renew but it continually gives the below error.  I called
my credit card company and they said that there is nothing wrong with the
card.

Is there another way to renew my membership, perhaps by sending a check
instead?

"We could not process your payment. Please refresh your browser and
re-enter the credit card information and try again. If you still cannot
save the credit card information, please use a different credit card or
contact your credit card company.
If you continue to experience issues, please visit the IEEE Support
Center."
