Yeah, usually, vegetarian and vegan entrees are cheaper on menus.

(I do see that the Impossible Burger is $22 at
https://thefarmersunion.com/where-I-live-the-farmers-union-food-menu versus
the $13 at Paper Plane.  I guess inflation trumps everything.)
