Attached is a seismic retrofit estimate for your house. Please review and let me know if you would like to schedule an in-person appointment. During that appointment, I would do a quick inspection of your crawl space to confirm my estimate.

Retrofit Description:
Simpson Strong-Tie Universal Retrofit Foundation Plates (URFPs) will be installed around the perimeter of the foundation at a spacing of no more than 6' apart and within 12" of any corner. This locks the mudsill to the foundation. This is the lower half of the continuous load path created during the retrofit from the foundation up through the wood framing.
Simpson Strong-Tie framing anchors (L70s) will be installed around the perimeter of the foundation at a spacing of no more than 24" per Standard Plan Set A S1-4 and S2-5. This locks the bottom of the flooring system to the mudsill and is the upper half of the continuous load path obtained from the retrofit.
