As long as it's a decision between two Democrats, does it really matter?
I highly doubt that Garvey will end up on the general election ballot,
even if Schiff spends all his money on that desired outcome.

IMHO, Schiff is a shoe-in at this point and there's no stopping that.  At
best, we can have a protest vote.
