Hi Robert,

Your permit has been approved and issued. All EBB pre-retrofit photo assets
including permit/plans have now been uploaded to the dashboard and your
project has been Submitted for Preliminary Review.

Your Phase 1 requirements have now been met!

Please keep an eye on your email and dashboard for any additional
documentation requested by EBB/FEMA over the next few days and let us know
if any questions come up. We'll be watching the EBB dashboard as well.

FEMA funded projects are currently taking about 10 weeks for approval, so
we are in another waiting period - This time for FEMA approval.

Please note we still have your installation date scheduled for 6/19/24.

Once FEMA has approved, your EBB dashboard will state "Proceed with
Project" and you'll receive an email stating the review is complete.

We look forward to confirming the 'Proceed with Project', notification is
recieved from EBB and proceeding with your retrofit installation!
