INSTALL DAY(s)

We will arrive between 8:00-8:30am (depending on traffic).  Please make
sure there is an area to park our truck close to the house for unloading
our heavy materials.  *Also please confirm you have your permit pack
(mailed to you) and have available to give the installation crew.

If your crawlspace access is inside, the first thing we'll do is put down
floor protection from the door to the crawlspace access point. Next, we'll
bring in all the materials and tools and stage them in the crawl space,
then we'll begin the installation process. Depending on a variety of
aspects, we will generally be finishing up, cleaned up and gone sometime
between 12:30-4:30pm.

While our install teams have always worn N95 masks for our work, all
install team members are thoroughly trained and exercising proper protocols
for mask fitting and removal, hand sanitation, medical gloves, tool and
materials disinfecting, and practicing proper social distancing, etc. We
are taking all available/recommended steps to ensure maximum safety of our
clients and ourselves. Also, we do not use client restrooms.

Additional note - the install work is not quiet. If you are working from
home or have any concerns about noise, please note the work can be
distracting.  Work in the crawlspace is not as loud as roof work for
example - Some of our clients report the noise is tolerable and for others
it is not.

POST RETROFIT

A week +/- after after your retrofit has been installed, we'll send you
post-retrofit next step emails with a complete set of full-perimeter AFTER
pictures, a CEA DRV (Dwelling Retrofit Verification form), instructions for
final inspection, EBB next step instructions and a Bolt Down the Bay Area
Final Invoice (net 30) and payment options.
