Online Payment Options:

Click the 'View And Pay Online' button below. Both ACH Bank Wire and
eCheck payment methods are free of any processing fees.

Credit Card:   We accept all major credit cards. 

Please note Bolt Down The Bay Area has changed credit card processors and
unfortunately are no longer able to offer free credit card processing. The
3% processing fee for credit card transactions will be paid directly to
the processor. We do not view, store, or process any credit card
information. You will be able to confirm the fee total before you agree to
complete the transaction.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you again for your business!

PLEASE NOTE: Because you are the EBB program applicant and for accounting
purposes we cannot accept payment on your behalf. You must select
yourself, the "Homeowner", as the recipient of the EBB payment. You can
pay BDTBA in full after you've received the payout from EBB.

When we receive your signed final inspection card, it is uploaded along
with all of your required EBB final assets to your dashboard. Once we have
completed this step, we will email you the brief final instructions
detailing the steps to Submit for Final Approval/Reimbursement.

CEA DRV Form:  

The following attached DRV form (Dwelling Retrofit Verification) certifies
that your home has been retrofit to current seismic standards and can
provide up to a 25% annual discount on a new or existing earthquake
insurance policy when submitted to your insurer.
