Looks like Duo Security is a proprietary system, and is incompatible with any other authenticator systems. Unfortunately. The best you'll be able to do is to use a phone number to enroll, in order to avoid installing any proprietary apps onto your phone. You can also use a bypass code. This way, even if you don't have access to your phone, or it gets lost or stolen, you'll still be able to log on. I recommend just waiting until you are prompted to enroll in 2FA. It's possible that your alum account is old enough that it's not subject to the 2FA requirement. > From: Noelle <noelle> > Date: Sun, 11 Aug 2024 15:20:00 -0700 (PDT) > > > From: "'CalNet Coordinator' via ade2-step" <http://www.lists..edu/~ade2-step> > > Date: Fri, 9 Aug 2024 18:03:58 -0700 > > > > Dear Alum, > > > > Beginning September 9th we will be requiring all alumni CalNet accounts to > > utilize CalNet 2-Step authentication via Duo.
