Actually, Valley Health Plan HMO may end up being the cheapest if I pay
out-of-pocket (and not towards the deductible) for Dr. Erin Lally in
addition to the usual premium and deductibles.  I can keep Dr. Pascua in
that case, and would be able to go to the office of the retina specialists
(Dr.  Boldrey retired) that I used to go to.
