Hi Robert,

Thank you for taking the time to meet with me. As we discussed, your employment with noSticwall has ended. Although you are not required to perform any more work, your actual term date will be Monday, September 2, 2024. I have outlined all the information we discussed on the call in this email. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.

Severance Agreement

You will be receiving your severance agreement via Dropbox. You will receive an email from Dropbox Sign which will allow you to sign electronically. Please review this agreement and if you elect to accept the offer, please sign via Dropbox Sign.

As soon as we receive the signed copy of the Severance Agreement and your noSticwall laptop has been returned, we will forward the severance payment request to the noSticwall payroll team. The payroll team will process the severance payment within 1-2 pay periods, depending on payroll cutoff dates. Note – You are eligible to apply for any open positions at noSticwall in the future, however, please keep in mind that if you are hired back to NoSticWall within one year from your termination date, you may be required to pay back a prorated portion of your severance payment.

Benefits

If you are covered under the noSticwall benefits, your standard health benefits will end on September 30, 2024. You may continue these benefits with COBRA coverage. Upon execution of the severance agreement, noSticwall will pay the premium for the first (1) month of COBRA coverage, however, you must take action to sign-up for that coverage. Details regarding COBRA can be found in the Leaving Guide attached. In addition, COBRA information will be mailed to your home address. You have 60 days to elect the COBRA coverage. If you elect to sign up, the coverage will retro back to October 1, 2024. Please keep in mind that if you want to take advantage of the COBRA benefits through the noSticwall severance package, you must sign up for the COBRA coverage. It is not automatically initiated.

Return of Laptop

You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label and box to return your noSticwall equipment in. Please keep in mind that we cannot release the severance payment to you until your laptop and any other noSticwall equipment you may have has been returned.
