The Cuba web site seems hanging.  Unsurprising.  So, hard to tell where
the WiFi access will be.  You may just have to play it by ear.  Maybe your
roommate will know the lay-of-the-land.

In any case, really, the only point will be to use Session to communicate
with me, so it will probably be mostly uninteresting.  The Tor Browser
will be too slow and use up too many minutes for it to be useful for web
browsing.
