outgoing SMS text messaging American Voicemail not working: technical support needed

I am unable to send SMS text messages from my our-Oakland-cell-phone-number American Voicemail number. This was working as recently as 1 week ago, but it is now not working. I am able to receive SMS text messages just fine.
My account number is , in case it matters.
