I got a message from Neil saying that it should be able to be transferred
in-kind, but I think he was assuming that the brokerage account on the
Fidelity side is also unmanaged. I asked my broker at Fidelity about
setting up the transfer to an unmanaged account at Fidelity and selling
the problematic assets after the transfer.
In order to not complicate things further, it's best if we wait until I
hear back from my broker at Fidelity.
