Fascinating.  You think he screens his breeders.  I assume that he sleeps
with these women and perhaps that's the basis for his screening.  Which
itself would be suboptimal, I would think.

I think he'd have to stop screening all together and attempt to impregnate
as many women as possible -- possibly millions -- in order to boost the
U.S. birthrate.  He could probably afford it, I think.
