I went through the list, so this is what I found.
Pattaya is now called Yummy Thai(looks fine) and we've been to 
Masala with you and that was good
We went to Zaytoon before(and liked it), but most of the tables are 
outside and I don't think we want to do that even if it's not 
raining.
Finch & Fork only has a table available at 8 PM and that's too late.
The restaurant at The Post is closed 12/24. 
Cafe La Fonda is only open from 8 AM to 4 PM.
The Lark only has a table available at 9 PM and that's too too late.
Corazon Comedor might be OK but I couldn't figure out what was 
vegan.
The others on the list don't have enough vegan options.
The hotel check in time is 3 PM but we will see how long it takes 
with the rain so I would estimate we would get there later than 
that. We can call you from the road.
