I looked into it more.  I'll plan on taking light rail.  Looks like the
planner has me walking from the Vienna light rail station to get to the
restaurant.  I have a meeting that afternoon and it's possible that I'll
arrive a little late -- 6:45pm.  I'll also plan on leaving before 8:30pm
at the latest.
