No.
Looks like we lost the Venmo account due to someone subsuming the old
phone number. Since the associated credit card was canceled, I don't
think you are in danger of fraud. But, nobody will be able to send you
money via Venmo. I suggest just doing it via Paypal or Zelle instead.
