FW: HSA Update: Action Required to Open Your Fidelity HSA Account

Hi Team,

We are excited to announce that we are moving our Health Savings Account (HSA) program from Cigna HSA Bank to Fidelity Investments. We’ve made a switch to make managing your investment accounts even easier! Since Fidelity is already our trusted 401(k) provider and investing is a key part of both the 401(k) and HSA, it only made sense to bring them together under one roof. Now, you’ll be able to access both your 401(k) and HSA investment accounts in one convenient place—simplifying your experience and giving you more control over your financial future! We’re confident this change will make things easier and more streamlined for you.

What’s happening next?

This Friday, you will receive an email directly from Fidelity. This message will contain a specific link and instructions for you to officially open your new account.

What you need to do:

  • Watch your inbox: Look for the email from Fidelity this Friday.
  • Open your account: Follow the prompts in that email to set up your new HSA. You will have the same log-in credentials.
  • Stay tuned: We will share more details soon regarding the "blackout period" for your current Cigna HSA Bank account, how to transfer your existing balance, and when you will receive your new HSA debit card..

We’re here to make this move as smooth as possible. If you have any immediate questions, please submit a jira ticket for HR.

Thank you,

The Benefits Team
