A lot of the same stuff we already know. I do like the concept of the
"tyrant test" -- seems useful.
Again, in general, this is difficult to avoid and takes a lot of work.
Obviously, doing avoiding surveillance entirely would be good, but
probably only doing it for certain circumstances, such as going to a
political protest, march, or rally, is worth it.
