spinach pie and big white beans

I see a "Greek" White Bean Soup recipe, and am surprised that it doesn't
use gigantes white beans.  They are similar to lima beans except really
big, but have a wonderful, rich taste.  In the past, I've made a recipe

A lot of really flavorful beans are neglected, unfortunately.

Also, I see that spinach pie is not on the list.  My mom used to make it
