Venice.ai was not listed, but, until I ran out of the free tokens, seemed
to do the best at refactoring my code.  Privatemode.ai , although quite
slow, was the second-best.  I didn't try the other services which required
registrations.

Nice to know that there are alternatives where you are not giving all your
data to the AI companies to train their models and make money off of you.
