Python is difficult, too.  Python is trying to fix this
(https://docs.python.org/3/library/typing.html ), but it going to be a
slow slog trying to dig out of the hole it has created.

LISP and Perl and handful of other languages have a similar problem.  If
abused, C++ can have this problem, too.  Which makes the video a bit
confusing since I really don't know how C++ could possibly be a better
choice.

Maybe Rust will adapt.  Who knows?
